Established in Los Angeles in 2009, Fed by Fire Productions was founded during a time of economic uncertainty.  The name Fed by Fire refers to the unexpected positive effects of wild fires.  New trees have the opportunity to grow after fire destroys larger trees that would have overshadowed their development.  Often a stronger, healthier forest builds up over time.  In much the same way, our fledgling company took root while many other companies were sadly diminishing.

Our goal is to explore various media to engage audiences in character driven stories that highlight underrepresented voices such as women, people of color, and the LGBTQ community.

Outreach and partnerships with local artists, performers, theaters, filmmakers and educators will create mutually beneficial recognition of talent, value and reliability.
